Sites conducive to the appreciation of natural sciences, walks or water sports.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"m-t-4\">The lake of Carcans-Hourtin<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>lac Carcans-Hourtin<\/strong>, located 40 min from Soulac-sur-Mer, is the <strong>largest natural freshwater lake in France<\/strong> with more than 6000 ha. It offers a 2 km long developed beach at Maubuisson, a protected eastern shore and small beaches hidden in the conches to the west. Bordered by dune and forest, its environmental quality gives the lake a wealth of <strong>heritage and protected species<\/strong>. It is ideal for bringing young children, away from the tumult of the ocean waves.<\/p>\n<p>Sailors or sports fans should already be familiar with this lake thanks to the <strong>sailing competition<\/strong>, the <strong>Grand prix de Maubuisson<\/strong>, on the Bombanne estate.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"m-t-4\">Lac du Moutchic in Lacanau<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>lac du Moutchic<\/strong> in Lacanau is famous in Gironde, 50 min from the <a href=\"\/\">camping Soulac-sur-Mer<\/a>, you can enjoy a family moment.<\/p>\n<p>The lake is located near Lacanau ville and Lacanau oc\u00e9an and welcomes all types of public: beaches, water activities, restaurants, you will find your happiness on site.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"m-t-4\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/etang-cousseau.jpg\" alt=\"etang cousseau\"><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"m-t-4\">The Cousseau Pond<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>National Nature Reserve of the Etang de Cousseau<\/strong>, hidden by the coastal dune cordon and the state forest of Lacanau, it is located 50 min from the Paradis des Pins campsite. It preserves a <strong>beautiful diversity of original landscapes<\/strong>. The 7 km of the visit path will allow you to make a <strong>small hike<\/strong> out of time.
