Welcome to our Camping des Pins, ideally situated in Soulac-sur-Mer on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean! Here at our campsite, our priority is to ensure you can enjoy your holidays in peace and quiet… And that’s why we make sure to meet your needs with our wide range of services, including:

Our bike hire service

Peace and quiet are paramount here at the Pins Soulac campsite, so cars are not allowed within the grounds: here, holidaymakers are guaranteed the tranquillity of a pedestrian-only campsite!

The bike is the best way to get around – whether you’re on your own, as a couple, with the family, with children, with a baby, or even with your surfboard. We’ll be happy to provide information on walks and routes in the local area: half-day or full-day walks, as well as routes to the various beaches, the village of Soulac-sur-Mer or even the surrounding towns.

Booking is very straightforward with a bit of planning. You can book in advance when you book your stay by telephone with Christine. This is simply to ensure you have the right number of bikes for the duration of your choice.

Book your bike for a few hours during the day or for your entire stay. Small trailers to attach to the back of the bikes are available for little ones. Baby seats are available and can be fitted to the bike of your choice.

How much does it cost? The price is the same for children and adults!
Price per bike:

€9 for half a day.
€49 per week.

Our Grocery Shop

Our grocery shop is open every day from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm in July and August.

You’ll find essentials, food and wine, newspapers and magazines, as well as artisanal products from local delicatessens and the Médoc region.

Whether you’re just starting or finishing your holiday, or want complete independence during your week’s stay, we try to think ahead for you and bring together all the products you’ll need. You’ll also find a welcoming atmosphere at our bar, where you can enjoy a good coffee and a chocolatine.

Breakfast

Come and enjoy your breakfast on our terrace or take it to go. We offer comprehensive set menus at affordable prices, starting from €8. Our bread and pastries are baked on the premises. You can, of course, place an order the day before for the following day and come and collect them, fresh and warm.

You can book your bread and pastries (chocolatines, croissants) the day before during the low season (May, June, September) at reception. During the high season (July and August), pastries and bread are available for purchase at the grocery shop every day.

Just so you know, between us, here in the Médoc we say a chocolatine rather than a pain au chocolat; we’re letting you in on the secret so you can communicate clearly with the whole team 😉.

Our Snack Bar

Our Snack Bar (Soeur Nicoll’s) is back this year! It’s located right in front of the Kids’ Club, so you can keep an eye on your little ones whilst enjoying a pizza. Our manager will give you a warm welcome and liven up your evening.

You’ll be able to grab a quick bite to keep your children happy: pizzas, hot dogs, chips…

Sister Nicoll’s opening hours for June will be available at reception. It will be open every day from 8 am to 11 pm in July and August.

The snack bar will be open from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 6.30 pm to 10 pm.

Catering will be available in the afternoon at the bar, which will remain open all day.

Our cancellation insurance: Campez Couvert

Our ‘CAMPEZ COUVERT’ cancellation insurance

The 4-star campsite in Gironde offers cancellation and curtailment cover as part of your booking contract. Our partner, Gritchen Affinity, undertakes to reimburse our holidaymakers for all or part of the cost of their stay. In the event of cancellation, please notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event preventing your departure occurs, either by post or by email. If the claim is covered under the general terms and conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), please notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.

Bed linen hire

Travel light and leave your bed linen… at home. When you book a mobile home or other accommodation online or by telephone, please remember to let us know. At the last minute, we can usually find a solution to help you out, but it’s always more complicated and we can’t guarantee we’ll have the necessary stock, depending on the time of year… Just imagine – if everyone forgot, what would we do?

How much does travelling light cost?

Bed linen set: sheets and pillows for a double bed: €17 – sheets and pillow for a single bed: €14
Bathroom towels per person: set of bath, hand and face towels: €10.
Bed made on arrival: double bed €21 / single bed €17.

Baby kit

Are you travelling with a baby? We offer a baby kit for hire, or simply a cot or high chair. These items will be set up in your accommodation on the day of your arrival. Please remember to book in advance.

Baby kit including travel cot, baby bath and high chair: €6 per night – €30 per week.
Cot: €5 per night – €14 per week.
High chair: €5 per night – €14 per week.

Our laundrette

Here at the Pins Soulac campsite, we have a laundrette, equipped with two washing machines and a tumble dryer. Payment is made in cash directly at the machine on a self-service basis. The laundrette is located next to the main toilet block. You don’t need to bring your own washing powder – it’s already included!

Washing price / Tumble dryer price: €7 per wash / €5 per dry.

Les Frères Nicoll’s: our bar, restaurant and private hire venue

Les Frères Nicoll’s is a venue for events and co-working, featuring a bar and restaurant that will transport you to the heart of beach culture and travel. Come and enjoy a pleasant time over a drink or a meal at the bar and restaurant, which is open from June to September.

Businesses and individuals alike can collaborate in a friendly and authentic atmosphere. Throughout the year, tailor-made packages are available for working alone or as a team.
